PURPOSE: An emergency situation managing method and a system thereof are provided to accurately grasp the occurrence of an emergency situation by using the image or voice information of a terminal. CONSTITUTION: A control terminal(10) controls voice resources or image resources in a controlled terminal(20). The control terminal receives voice or image data from the controlled terminal. The controlled terminal is connected to the control terminal according to the request of the control terminal. The controlled terminal controls the voice or image resource according to the control signal of the control terminal. The controlled terminal transmits voice or image data to the control terminal. A remote control server(30) relays connection between the control terminal and the controlled terminal.
