The nozzle (1) has gas outlet (11) arranged around the substance outlet (6). A deflector metal sheet (13) which is a lock washer is provided in the gas outlet. Several twisted wings are extended from the plane of metal sheet. The substance outlet is arranged concentrically in gas outlet. An aperture with a needle valve is provided in the substance outlet.
