METHOD FOR BLADE PITCH CONTROL IN WIND TURBINES

PURPOSE: A method for controlling a blade pitch of a wind power generator is provided to continuously control the pitch even when some weight sensors are broken. CONSTITUTION: A method for controlling a blade pitch of a wind power generator comprises the following steps. The first step is to measure standard weight values of each blade when a plurality of weight sensors is in a normal state(S1). The second step is to save sampling data in a look-up table corresponding to the standard weight values(S2). The third step is to determine whether or not the weight sensors are broken by comparing actual weight values of each blade to the standard weight values of the look-up table. The fourth step is to control the blade on the basis of information from the look-up table when the weight sensors are out of order.
