PURPOSE: A rotating hinge device is provided to rotate without noise and dust caused by friction, thereby being utilized for a clean place. CONSTITUTION: A rotating hinge device comprises a body housing(110), a first solenoid block(120), a first permanent magnet block(130), a barrel type floating(140), a second permanent magnet block(160), a barrel type floating member(140), and a second solenoid block(150). The first solenoid block is mounted in the lower part of the body housing. The first permanent magnet block is floating-arranged on the top of the first solenoid block. The first permanent magnet block is fixed to the lower part of the barrel type floating member. The second permanent magnet blocks are arranged in the upper outer circumference of the floating member to a radial direction. The second solenoid blocks are fixed to a position surrounding the second permanent magnet blocks correspondently to the body housing. |
