<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent excessive detection in detecting victim wiring influenced by crosstalk noise. <P>SOLUTION: A verification unit 22 acquires design information including component information and layout information of a printed board relating to an electronic apparatus, and inputs a verification condition relating to crosstalk noise.
