<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling device that reduces a burden of a worker and can safely perform a connecting operation. <P>SOLUTION: A coupling device 1 is used when coupling a conveyance truck 6 for traction and a preceding vehicle 7. The coupling device 1 includes: a base part 2; a free wheel 221 that is provided at the lower front side of the base part 2 and can freely turn; a fixed wheel 222 that is provided at the lower rear side of the base part 2 and cannot turn; and a handle part 23 that is provided to be disposed to the height that the worker of the standing posture can hold. The coupling device 1 includes: a backward engaging part 4 that is provided engageably in a truck side engaged part 61 disposed to the front end of a conveyance truck 6; and a forward engaging part 3 that is provided engageably in a vehicle side engaged part 72 disposed to the rear end of a preceding vehicle 7. The coupling device 1 has a fixed wheel surfacing mechanism 5 to make the fixed wheel 222 surface from the floor in the state that the backward engaging part 4 is engaged to the truck side engaged part 61. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
