The system has a stationary camera orientated and arranged in such a manner that images are received by upper surfaces to be inspected by a wind-power plant. The wind-power plant includes a tower (10) and a housing (30), and the camera is arranged on and/or in the housing of the wind-power plant such that the images are received from neighboring wind-power plant. The camera is swung around a vertical axis at angle of about 360 degree and a horizontal axis, where the camera is freely swung and focus remote-controlled on the upper surface to be inspected.
