The combination has a sponge drainage comprising a drainage hose (2a) with lateral perforation apertures (4), which are partly connected to a fluid collecting element in a fluid-conductive manner. The fluid collecting element consists of a polyurethane sponge body (1). The drainage hose is in fluid-conductive connection to an electronic vacuum pump with a vacuum-producing system. An aid comprises endoscopic gripping- and laying instruments for the sponge drainage and a projectile-type attachment tip. The attachment tip is fastened at ends of the sponge drainage and made of plastic and metal. The laying instrument is in a form of a pearl gripper and a hook.
