<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel ionic conductor which is excellent in ionic conductivity and anticipated to be elongated in life further. <P>SOLUTION: The ionic conductor includes a polymer containing a repeating unit having a cyclic organic group. The repeating unit further has monovalent ionic conductive groups represented by formula (1), and one ionic conductive group thereof is bonded to each of ≥3 consecutive atoms constituting the cyclic organic group.
