PURPOSE: A deodorant manufacturing method is provided to use a natural material that is easy to obtain from a surrounding environment, is harmless to humans, and is profitable. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a deodorant for food cooking comprises the following steps: 70 to 90g of soy beans and 20 to 40g of salt are prepared. Barley is heated at a temperature of 200 to 300°C for 40 minutes to 1.5 hours, cooled, and added with 18 L of water to continuously heat the barley until a volume of the barley is reduced to a half of an initial volume, and a barley extract is completed by removing the barley. 1.8 L of water is added to the soy beans and then heated at a temperature of 100 until a volume is reduced to about a half of an initial volume to complete a soy bean extract. 8 to 9 L of the barley extract, 0.8 to 0.9 L of the soy bean extract, and 20 to 40g of salt are mixed. The method further comprises aging the mixture for 1 to 2 years and then removing the precipitate separated the supernatant.
