PURPOSE: A rubber composition for a tire is provided to prevent roll surface fouling due to drug dissolution when a mater batch is mixed in an open roll, to prevent a rubber sheet from being torn, and to obtain excellent rubber properties. CONSTITUTION: A rubber composition for a tire comprises 5-17 weight% of a crude rubber, 3-10 weight% of a processing acid, and 80-85 weight% of a vulcanization accelerator. The processing acid is a mixture which is selected from a group comprising saturated fatty acid, unsaturated fatty acid, metal salts, and their combination. The processing acid includes one or more metal salts. The weight ratio of the saturated fatty acid to the metal salt is 85-100 : 1, respectively. |
