PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyol composition which has high catalytic activity and is effective with a small use amount, for obtaining a urethane foam which can be gelled in a shorter time, contains a reduced amount of tertiary amine component as a volatile constituent, and has improved operability. SOLUTION: The polyurethane foam is produced by using a polyol composition having catalytic activity for producing a polyurethane foam comprising an amine compound represented by general formula (1) in the presence of a polyisocyanate component, a foaming agent, a catalyst, and a foam stabilizer to foam the mixture.
