PURPOSE: A communications cable for movable cameras at the rear of a vehicle is provided to improve vibration and bending characteristics by applying a tin alloy conductor having high tensile strength as a communications cable. CONSTITUTION: A conductor wire(3) is manufactured by twisting conductor wire pieces having a small line diameter(0.09-0.11 mm) and composed of 99.7-99.9 weight% of copper and 0.3-0.1 weight% of tin. A cross-linked polyethylene insulator(4) covers the exterior of the conductor wire. The exterior, covered with the cross-linked polyethylene insulator, is filled with a cotton yarn layer as a filling material. A taping layer(6) surrounds the exterior of the cotton yarn layer. A fabric layer(7) surrounds the exterior of the taping layer. A paper tape layer(8) surrounds the exterior of the fabric layer. A polyurethane sheath(9) surrounds the exterior of the paper tape layer. |
