PURPOSE: A vehicle road surface condition sensing apparatus is provided to prevent safety accidents due to the abnormal road condition by driving a vehicle in consideration of the surface condition. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle road surface condition sensing apparatus (A) includes a sensor unit (10) which calculates sensing data by sensing the distance from a sensing module (11) to a road surface, which is located on the determined section front, and a light reflectivity from the road surface, which is located on the determined section front, through the sensing module during the time driving the vehicle or the prior time to the driving, and sends the sensing data in an electrically signal state; a processing unit (20) which obtains the corresponding change value or the road surface of corresponding sensing data among the road surface information, which is pre-input in a processing module (21) by the sensing data change value or sensing data which are calculated from the sensing unit during the time driving the vehicle or the prior time to the driving, and sends the obtained road information in an electrically signal state; and a display unit (30) displaying the road surface information, which is sent from the processing unit, on a monitor (31) with letters and images. The sensing module is an ultrasonic sensor or an optical sensor. The road surface information includes the protrusion height of a road, the recessed depth of the road, snowfall on the road, and rainfall on the road. |
