The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of visible light-responsive nano-photocatalysts and comprises the steps of: a) preparing an aqueous TiCl4 solution; b) adding ammonium sulfate ((NH4)2SO4) to form an anatase-type nano crystral structure; c) doping an aqueous solution having the crystal structure with nitrogen (N) and fluorine (F); and d) devitrifying the doped mixture to form the nanopowder. The present invention allows easy manufacture of photocatalysts having a great absorption efficiency of visible light and excellent photocatalytic properties, applicability to a variety of products such as solar cells, and manufacture of high effiency products at a low unit cost. |
