<p>PURPOSE: A heat treatment apparatus for powder materials is provided to prevent the generation of bridges in a cooling step and to ensure the fluidity of the powder materials. CONSTITUTION: A heat treatment apparatus for powder materials includes an upper charging unit(3), a lower discharging unit(4), a guide shaft(7), an upper stirring member(20), and a lower stirring member(5). The upper charging unit is charged with powder materials. The guide shaft guides the powder materials downwardly and thermally treats the powder materials. The upper stirring member is inserted from the upper side to the lower side of the guide shaft and stirs the powder materials in the guide shaft. The lower discharging unit discharges the powder materials. The lower stirring member is towards the upper side of the guide shaft and stirs the powder materials in the guide shaft.
