PURPOSE: A method for tracking the origin of Korean Iris dichotoma using a chloroplast molecule marker is provided to distinguish the origin of Iris dichotoma using a primer set and a gene sequence. CONSTITUTION: A chloroplast molecule marker contains a gene of sequence number 1 or 2 which is used for tracking the origin of Iris dichotoma. The origin of Iris dichotoma is tracked using the gene of sequence number 1 or 2. A primer for tracking the origin of Iris dichotoma is selected from sequence number 1 and contains 15-30 gene sequences. A primer for tracking Iris dichotoma is selected from sequence number 2 and contains 15-30 gene sequences. |
