<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent drop in durability in the vicinity of a tongue part on a wall section for defining a turbine scroll flow path. <P>SOLUTION: A supercharger 1 has a turbine housing fixed to a bearing housing by a fixing member 3 inserted from the bearing housing side through both an insertion hole 2a formed on the bearing housing 2 and a fixing hole 4a formed on the turbine housing 4 and opposite to the insertion hole. The turbine housing has a wall part 15 provided, which defines the turbine scroll flow path 14 which causes exhaust gas to turn in a turning direction and guides it to a turbine impeller 8 located radially inward. The wall part has a tongue part 15a for partitioning an area 14b located on the upstream in a direction of guiding the exhaust gas and the most downstream area 14c of the turbine scroll flow path.
