<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a use management system, a use management method, an information terminal and a use management program that realize temporary use of an electronic instrument through an external network. <P>SOLUTION: In a use management system 1, a management device 200 transmits use permission information R to a first information terminal 100a that has requested use permission of an electronic instrument 300, and issues the use permission. The first information terminal 100a provides use information C generated on the basis of the use permission information R for a second information terminal 100b, and the second information terminal 100b reads the use information C and transmits the use permission information R and processing target data to be processed by the electronic instrument 300 to the management device 200. The management device 200 determines whether or not the use permission is valid, on the basis of the use permission information R, transmits the processing target data to the first information terminal 100a for which the use permission is determined to be valid, and voids the use permission.
