<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power control unit enhancing the radiation accuracy of a bus bar. <P>SOLUTION: A power control unit (30) includes: a power conversion module (60) arranged on a top surface of a heat sink (50); a three-phase terminal (64) formed of a first flat plate portion (200), a second flat plate portion (204), and a curved portion (202) provided between the first flat plate portion and the second flat plate portion; and a three-phase terminal base (66) provided on the top surface of the heat sink and supporting the second flat plate portion. The first flat plate portion is brought into contact with a contact surface (210) of a three-phase output terminal (148) of the power conversion module to be fixed, the second flat plate portion is brought into contact with a fixed surface (212) of the three-phase terminal base to be fixed, and a predetermined gap is formed between the first flat plate portion and the contact surface when fixation of the first flat plate portion is released while the second flat plate portion is fixed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
