<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silver coating-forming agent and a method for forming a silver coating in which the formed silver coating is uniform and the temperature at which the silver coating is formed is 400°C or higher. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the silver coating-forming agent containing an imidazole compound silver complex represented by chemical formula (I). In the formula, R<SB POS="POST">1</SB>, R<SB POS="POST">2</SB>, and R<SB POS="POST">3</SB>are the same or different, and each represent a hydrogen atom, a 1-13C alkyl group, or a cyclohexyl group, wherein the total number of carbon atoms of R<SB POS="POST">1</SB>, R<SB POS="POST">2</SB>, and R<SB POS="POST">3</SB>is 0 to 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
