<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power control unit, whose weight and size are reduced, while protecting high voltage wiring in the power control unit. <P>SOLUTION: In a power control unit (30) having a sandwich-type construction where high voltage electric devices (60, 62, 82, and 84) are disposed on an upper surface side and a lower surface side of a heat sink (50), high voltage wirings coupled to a charger (82) and a DC/DC converter (84) mounted on the lower surface side of the heat sink (50) are collectively disposed in a predetermined region on the lower surface side of the heat sink (50), an insulation cover (160) is provided to cover the high voltage wirings from below, and a predetermined gap (186) is provided between a bottom surface (174) of the insulation cover (160) and a lower cover (58) that is a bottom surface of a lower case (59) that collectively cover the charger (82) and the DC/DC converter (84), which are disposed on the lower surface side of the heat sink (50), and the insulation cover (160). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
