MASK ASSEMBLY AND ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DIODE DISPLAY

PURPOSE: A mask assembly and an organic light emitting diode display are provided to improve the deposition quality of an organic light emitting layer by forming the side walls of a deposition opening part and a recess opening part which have enough tilt angles. CONSTITUTION: Unit masks(20) form deposition opening parts(21). The both ends of the unit masks are fixed to a frame. Two adjacent masks form a deposition recess part(22). The deposition opening part and the deposition recess part are surrounded by an inclined sidewall. The deposition recess corresponds to a sub pixel(30).
