<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress operation response delay and generation of operation sound caused by turbulence. <P>SOLUTION: This negative pressure type booster is assembled with a plunger 32 to advance/retreat in relation to a valve body 22 in an axial hole 22a of the valve body 22 connected to a movable bulkhead 21 for partitioning the inside of a housing 10 into a negative pressure chamber R1 and a pressure change chamber R2, a valve mechanism V including a negative pressure valve for communicating/intercepting between the negative pressure chamber R1 and the pressure change chamber R2 and an atmosphere valve for communicating/intercepting between the pressure change chamber R2 and the atmosphere, a reaction member 34 whose rear face can be engaged to front end parts of the plunger 32 and the valve body 22, and an output shaft 35 which is engaged to a front face of the reaction member 34 at a rear end part. A straightening member 61 is integrally assembled to an outer periphery of the plunger 32. The straightening member 61 abuts on a peeling part (a maximum diameter part) at the front end part in front of a tapered atmosphere valve seat 32d to absorb turbulence which flows along the atmosphere valve seat 32d provided at the rear end part of the plunger 32 and has high energy generated when peeling from the atmospheric valve seat 32d. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
