<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capsule toner capable of exhibiting excellent fixability over a wide range of temperature in a low-temperature region, and has excellent high-temperature storage stability; and a manufacturing method of a capsule toner capable of exhibiting excellent fixability over a wide range of temperature in a low-temperature region, and has excellent high-temperature storage stability. <P>SOLUTION: A polyester resin contains toner core particles containing at least a binder resin, colorant, a charge control agent, and a mold release agent; and the entire surface of the toner core particle is covered with resin fine particles.
