PURPOSE: A toilet paper rack which is capable of pulling and removing conveniently with one hand and which never gets wet even if water is splashed is provided to prevent the penetration from outside including water by introducing a button in which a toilet paper comes out after being cut in 3 consecutive columns once pushed, and being equipped with a transparent plastic case. CONSTITUTION: A toilet paper rack which is capable of pulling and removing conveniently with one hand and which never gets wet even if water is splashed comprises a tissue button, a transparent plastic case, and a roller. Once a user pushes the tissue button, a tissue will be discharged after being cut into 3 columns in a row. The transparent plastic case prevents the internal penetration of external substances including water by being installed on the outside of a toilet paper rack. The removal and attachment of the case is facilitated by applying the roller whenever the case is opened and closed.
