PURPOSE: A device for monitoring the outside of a vehicle is provided to increase the fuel efficiency by reducing the air resistance and reduce the danger of damage by mounting a camera capable of replacing the function of a side mirror. CONSTITUTION: A device(10) for monitoring the outside of a vehicle comprises a camera unit(100), a display unit(200), and a controller(300). The camera unit films the condition of the vehicle. The display unit is installed to the left and right sides inside the vehicle and displays the image filmed through the camera unit. The controller controls the image filmed through the camera unit.
