<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk rotating motor manufactured by a simple method, and a disk drive device including the same. <P>SOLUTION: A brushless motor that is a disk rotating motor for rotating disks, includes a rotor frame, and a cushion rubber 13 fixed to the rotor frame. The cushion rubber 13 includes: a base part 101 fixed to the rotor frame, and a plurality of protrusions 103 composed of a same material as that of the base part 101 and protruding from the base part 101.
