<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-stage component mounted crystal oscillator adopting a novel structure for supporting multi-stage boards in the crystal oscillator employing the multi-stage boards to strongly bury and self-support the boards without requiring soldering or formation of a flange or the like, to thereby prevent the boards from being displaced in reflow processing, ensure secure fixing of mounted components, facilitate assembly work and reduce a total cost. <P>SOLUTION: A multi-stage component mounted crystal oscillator adopts a simple rod-like filament having a polygonal sectional shape as struts 4 and 5 for holding a main board 1 and sub-boards 2 and 3 at predetermined intervals. A round hole 41 or round through-holes 21 and 31 are provided in the board in which the struts 4 and 5 are to be buried or passed through, and the struts are press-fitted into the round hole or the round through-holes. When an inner diameter of the round hole 41 or the round through-holes 21 and 31 is defined as D and a maximum dimension of an outer diameter in a radial direction in a cross section of the strut abutted on an inner sidewall of the round hole or the rough through-hole is defined as d, d≥D+ΔD is satisfied (ΔD is a maximum tolerance (+ΔD) of a tolerance "±ΔD" of an inner diameter that is allowable in forming the round hole or the round through-hole.) <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
