PURPOSE: A system for confirming payment related to a financial institution and a control method thereof are provided to manage a contract between an orderer and cooperating companies and payment information, thereby properly inducing payment and monitoring a payment situation in real time. CONSTITUTION: An orderer server registers an original contract and transmits an informing signal to a payment confirmation server(S301). The payment confirmation server generates contract information(S302). The payment confirmation server provides the contract information to a financial institution server(S303). The financial institution server generates a fixed account, a money management account, or a repayment account corresponding to the contract information(S304). The orderer server registers supply and demand contract information between a first cooperating company terminal and a second cooperating company terminal and transmits the contract information to the payment confirmation server(S305).
