DISK BRAKE

PURPOSE: A disk brake is provided to control the generation of a brake judder by ensuring the sliding movement properties of a caliper with respect to an attachment member. CONSTITUTION: A disk brake(1) comprises an inner friction pad(3), an outer friction pad(4), a caliper(5), and an attachment member(10). The inner and outer friction pads are arranged on both sides of a disk rotor(2) attached to the rotation part of a vehicle. The inner and outer friction pads are movably attached to the attachment member in the axial direction of a disk. The caliper is supported to the attachment member by a slide pin(15) inserted into a pin insertion part(31). The caliper compresses the friction pad to the disk rotor. The attachment member is fixed to the non-rotation part of a knuckle and is equipped with the pin insertion part. The pin insertion part is integrally connected to a connection part(30) in order to be protruded toward the diametral outside of the disk rotor from the outer circumference of the connection part.
