摘要 <p>An AMOLED drive compensation circuit and method and a display device thereof, relating to the field of AMOLEDs and being able to increase the aperture opening rate. The drive compensation circuit includes: setting a plurality of drive circuits within a pixel area for driving a plurality of AMOLEDs; setting an external compensation circuit outside the pixel area for eliminating the effect on the drive current passing through the drive thin-film transistors in the plurality of drive circuits set in the pixel area by the threshold voltages of the drive thin-film transistors. The drive compensation method includes: in a first phase, storing the threshold voltages of the drive thin-film transistors in the plurality of drive circuits set in a pixel area; in a second phase, storing the grayscale voltages of the plurality of drive circuits set in the pixel area; and in a third phase, the gate voltages of the drive thin-film transistors in the plurality of drive circuits set in a pixel area jumping to the sum of the threshold voltages and the grayscale voltages. The display device includes the above-mentioned AMOLED drive compensation circuit.</p>
