PURPOSE: Stretching machine is provided to stretch joints by fixing and rotating an elastic grip part and strengthen muscles and correct postures. CONSTITUTION: Stretching machine(10) comprises a bar(20) and a rubber grip part(40) which is fixed to the bar and bends in a direction which is determined by external power. The bar is a hollow sphere. The rubber grip part is inserted and fixed in the hollow sphere. The outside of the bar is formed with a bump part(30) to reduce delivering rigidity to the body when the body contacts the bar. The rubber grip part is equipped in the end of the bar. |
