摘要 <p>The installation comprises a reactor (11) placing multiple biological discs (20) rotationally mounted on a mobile shaft (19), a unit (27) for routing water to an interior of the reactor, and an unit for preventing admission of air into the reactor. An extraction unit (29) of the reactor extracts the water to be treated and extends below an upper end of the discs. The extraction unit extends at a distance ranging between 30-50% of a diameter of the discs for a lower end of the discs. The routing unit includes an input immersed in the water to be treated. The extraction unit includes an output. The installation comprises a reactor (11) placing biological discs (20) rotationally mounted on a mobile shaft (19), a unit (27) for routing water to an interior of the reactor, and an unit for preventing admission of air into the reactor. An extraction unit (29) of the reactor extracts the water to be treated and extends below an upper end of the discs. The extraction unit extends at a distance ranging between 30-50% of a diameter of the discs for a lower end of the discs. The routing unit includes an input immersed in the water to be treated. The extraction unit includes an output immersed in the treated water. The installation further includes: a first water storage tank that stores the water to be treated and is arranged in an upstream of the reactor; a second water storage tank that stores the treated water and is arranged in a downstream of the reactor; an unit for evacuating gas from the interior of the reactor; an unit for abatement of carbon present in the water to be treated; an unit for nitrification of the water coming from the carbon abatement unit; an unit for shunting a part of the water to be treated directly in the reactor; and a unit for recirculating a part of the nitrification unit at an entry of the reactor. An output of the nitrification unit communicates with the routing unit in the reactor. The input of the routing unit is immersed in the first water storage tank, and the output of the extraction unit is immersed in the second water storage tank. The routing unit includes a sump. The reactor forms a chamber, where the discs are placed inside of the chamber. The chamber is interdependent of the shaft and includes two opposite side walls crossed by multiple passages for the water to be treated and for the treated water, respectively. The passages of each one of the side walls are covered by fixing units that dependently rotate corresponding to the walls and define interior spaces. An output of the routing unit and an input of the extraction unit communicate with one of the interior spaces. The reactor includes a security valve. The extraction unit is emerged from the nitrification unit in the carbon abatement unit.</p>
