<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and accurately grasp data content and analysis software that causes the content in an X-ray analyzer capable of acquiring a plurality of types of measurement data and analysis data. <P>SOLUTION: An X-ray analyzer 1 has a function that can achieve a plurality of measurement means.
