PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately notify a driver of an own vehicle 2A of the risk of an accident which can occur in relation to another vehicle 2B.

SOLUTION: A traffic system notifies a driver of an own vehicle 2A of an abnormal event occurring in another vehicle 2B. The system includes determination means (on-vehicle computer 31) for determining the presence or absence of an abnormal event on another vehicle 2B on the basis of vehicle information of the another vehicle 2B and notification means (display 36 or speaker 37) for notifying the driver of the own vehicle 2A that an abnormal event has occurred in another vehicle 2B when the determination result by the determination means shows the presence of the abnormal event.
