PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device and the like allowing a user to easily create a post when a user gets confused on an operation or has a question of the operation during operating the image processing device, and posts an article about the situation to a posting destination such as Twitter.

SOLUTION: The image processing device detects words representing an action and/or a state from characters that a user inputs; detects a current operation state of a device itself relating to a function and/or an operation; and extracts post candidates associated with the detected words and the device state from previously stored post candidates. The extracted post candidates are displayed on display means 1b and a sentence including at least one post selected from the candidates is submitted to a posting destination via a network 6.
