PURPOSE: A power supply system of an electric vehicle is provided to use an AC power source which is supplied from the outside, thereby selectively charging a high voltage battery and a low voltage battery. CONSTITUTION: A high voltage conversion unit(133) converts an AC power source into a first DC voltage. The high voltage conversion unit provides the first DC voltage as the charging power source of a high voltage battery. A low voltage conversion unit(135) converts the AC power source into a second DC voltage. The low voltage conversion unit provides the second DC voltage as the charging power source of the low voltage battery. A control unit(131) selectively drives the high voltage conversion unit and the low voltage conversion unit.
