PURPOSE: A product advertising apparatus using a transparent LCD is provided to express the advertisement information of an advertisement content image and a catalog image through a display thereby stimulating the curiosity of the consumers and improving an advertisement effect with useful advertisement information. CONSTITUTION: A product advertising apparatus using a transparent LCD is comprised of the followings: a transparency LCD(110) which is installed to transmit an advertisement product(10) mounted on the rear part, and displays the advertisement information of an advertisement content image and a catalog image which are matched with the advertisement product; an advertisement product mounting unit(120) which is arranged to mount the advertisement product in the rear part of the transparent LCD; and a controller unit(130) which controls the advertisement information of the advertisement content image and the catalog image which correspond to the advertisement product mounted on the advertisement product mounting unit, to be displayed through the transparent LCD.
