PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that flame generated on a combustion chamber side of a ventilation space is moved to a primary air chamber side, causing a failure. SOLUTION: In this heating device, a burner and a fan are provided within a body case, and combustion exhaust air generated by burning combustion gas by the burner is discharged to an indoor side as warm air by the fan together with air. The burner includes a combustion part for burning fuel and a supply route for supplying the fuel to the combustion part. The body case is partitioned into the primary air chamber storing an inlet of the supply route and the combustion chamber storing the combustion part, and the primary air chamber and the combustion chamber include air intake ports, respectively. Filters for preventing entry of dust etc. into the primary air chamber and combustion chamber are provided outside the air intake ports so as to form the ventilation space with the air intake ports.
