<p>A projector capable of detecting the coordinates of a detection object at a height position away from a projection area to some extent is provided. This projector (100) includes a laser beam generation portion (61a, 62a, 63a, 64a) emitting a laser beam, a projection portion (69a, 69b) projecting an image on an arbitrary projection area, and a height detection portion (10a, 10b, 12) detecting the height of the detection object from the projection area with light reflected by the detection object.</p> |
