PURPOSE: A user interface providing method based on mobile smart devices and a device thereof are provided to mutually compensate the inconvenience of the keyboard input of a smart device by using a mobile smart device as a screen keyboard device. CONSTITUTION: An external device determining unit determines a selected external device as an external smart device(406).
