摘要 PURPOSE: A low friction type mold for ECAP(Equal Channel Angular Processing) and a method for improving material using the same are provided to significantly reduce the fractional force between an improvement metal and a plunger by moving the plunger while closing at least three surfaces among the outer surfaces of improving workpiece metal, thereby innovatively blocking the generation of burr. CONSTITUTION: A low friction type mold for ECAP includes a plunger(120), a guide(140), a die(160), and a block(180). The plunger receives and applies an improving workpiece(W) toward a cross direction against the molding direction. The guide is inserted into the inside of the plunger and guides the one surface of the improving workpiece in the transferring direction. The die receives the guide and plunger to reciprocate and changes the transferring direction of material by connecting the movement of the plunger. The block is coupled to the die and forms the part of the transferring channel of the improving workpiece.
