PURPOSE: A floodgate system including a moving type floodgate opening device and a control method thereof are provided to control a state of each floodgate by considering a flow rate, flow velocity, and a water depth because a plurality of floodgates is individually controlled. CONSTITUTION: A moving type floodgate opening device(30) comprises a driving unit and a joint unit. The moving type floodgate opening device reciprocates along a movement unit(10) installed along a floodgate(20) arranged in a row. Opening and closing of the floodgate are determined based on a floodgate state and water level information of a floodgate system. The floodgate opening device is moved to a position of the floodgate, which is an object for the opening and the closing, by driving a wheel of the driving unit. A hook is released after a screw jack included in an opening unit is driven in order to set the hook, and an angle of the floodgate is controlled. |
