PURPOSE: A power generator improving energy efficiency is provided to maximize the energy efficiency, facilitate installation due to a simple configuration, and reduce the costs for maintenance. CONSTITUTION: A power generator improving energy efficiency comprises a rotary shaft, an impeller, an inertial member-generator(10), an air storage tank, a pressure gauge, a motor, and an air producing device. A motor is mounted on a footstool. The impeller is mounted on one side of a motor rotary shaft(44). A safety net(24) is installed on one side of the motor, and the inertial member-generator is mounted on the rotary shaft inside the safety net. The torque of the impeller is transmitted to the inertial member-generator. The inertial member-generator received the torque of the impeller is rotated, thereby supplying water and generating power simultaneously. The inertial member-generator is induced to be rotated continuously by inertia even when a power supply is stopped.
