The device (1) has a capture chamber (2) including a capture wall (3), where a part (30) of the capture wall forms a capture electrode facing a discharge electrode (4), to create a corona discharge between the discharge electrode and the capture electrode. A transverse wall (9) deflects the trajectory of water in air flowing on the capture electrode, where the transverse wall delimits an opening (5) for sucking only the air. A frustoconical wall (7) is provided downstream of the opening and in continuity of the capture wall for collecting particles in the water.
