PURPOSE: A device for removing bubbles generated in processing livestock excretion is provided to raise a blade equipped with a submerged motor as a buoy, thereby effectively removing the bubbles generated in processing livestock excretion. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a device for removing bubbles generated in processing livestock excretion comprises the following steps: (a) forming buoyancy by a buoy(S11) and a buoy connecting rod(S12); (b) fixing a blade(S13) for removing bubbles to the buoy connecting rod through a blade support(S14); and (c) connecting a submerged motor(S15) to the bottom end of the blade support. When the power is provided to the submerged motor, the bubbles generated in processing livestock excretion are crushed by the blade. In the step (b), the blade support penetrates a hole side which is formed in the middle part of the buoy connecting rod.
