The present invention relates to a method and related system for providing, to reliable members in a university, a company, or a group, an ID card service capable of performing prepayment and post-payment by using a service server connected to terminals using ID cards and SAM modules with prepayment and post-payment functions over a network in a limited area. While a card commission, a VAN carrier commission, or high interest should be paid when a credit card is used, they are not needed in the present invention. In addition, since members may freely utilize the present system in their organization regardless of their external credit, facilities in their schools, groups or companies may be activated. |
