<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long optical waveguide easily manufactured by simple equipment, and an electronic apparatus with the optical waveguide. <P>SOLUTION: An optical waveguide film 10 includes a core layer sandwiched between cladding layers. The core layer is formed with a core section 14 arranged to draw a spiral line in a plane view, and side-face cladding sections 15 that are areas other than the core section 14. A long optical waveguide can be obtained by cutting it along the side-face cladding sections 15 (a cutting line 20 in Fig. 3) of the optical waveguide film 10. Even if the optical waveguide film 10 itself has a small area, a long optical waveguide with sufficient length can be produced from the optical waveguide film 10.
