<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable valve gear in which two engine valves are opened simultaneously to make working angles thereof variable while ensuring a temporal area. <P>SOLUTION: The variable valve gear includes: a first cam lob fixed to an external shaft; a second cam lob which is fixed to an internal shaft housed in the external shaft and can generate a difference between the phase of the first cam lob and that thereof: and a first rocker arm part which is arranged in an engine and used for lifting the first engine valve. The variable valve gear further includes: a second rocker arm part which is arranged in the engine and used for lifting the second engine valve; a first pressure part to be pressurized by rotation of the first cam lob; a second pressure part to be pressurized by rotation of the second cam lob; and an operatively linking member for driving a first rocker arm member and a second rocker arm member while being operatively linked to each other when the first pressure part is pressurized by the first cam lob and when the second pressure part is pressurized by the second cam lob. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
